To guarantee a confidence feeling in the Rhein-Main-Hallen for you as an organizer as well as for your exhibitors and visitors, an experienced project manager is assisting you to answer your questions and to clarify them with the relevant inhouse services.

The possibilities of the Rhein-Main-Hallen far exceed over project coordination. By request the whole exhibition or congress organisation can be arranged. This includes all services provided beginning at the planning and budgeting up to the assumption of all exhibitor contacts as well as the accounting with the exhibitors and the postprocessing. One of the departments, which is settled directly at the Rhein-Main-Hallen and supports you in every way, is the Exhibition & Event construction. Besides the consulting and planning they can do the whole stand construction arrangements as well as the procurement of service providers and the accounting with the exhibitors and organiser.

One of the high lights of the Rhein-Main-Hallen is the gastronomy & catering. Besides two settled restaurants with altogether a total capacity of 500 seats, separate catering areas can be constructed in nearly every hall and equipped and supervised by the inhouse department Gastronomy & Catering.

Also the departments Event technology and EDP/IT & Media technology do everything in order to meet your wishes and therefore use the latest technique. For instance the Rhein-Main-Hallen is provided with W-LAN in every hall and possesses glass fibre network for your data transfer.

Besides the supply and handling of audio-, lightning- and projection-technique and media technology the staff members of both departments do attend to your questions and support you during the whole event.
